MUA Nail Varnish *REVIEW*

Hello,
Last week I did a post on the MUA £1 makeup and I told you if I got any more MUA stuff I would do a review on it! I got Shade 8 which is a blue tone red (its almost pink in some lighting). I love their colour range and I found that the my nails didnt chip till they were 5 days old (if you know what im saying). They have all sorts of colours but right now I am eyeing a lovely coral colour. My mum used to say you get what  you pay for with makeup, but when she tried the MUA collection she was pretty amazed!

If you go to your local Boots or Superdrug and buy one of their varnishes youll know how amazing they are; especially for their price! If you have a different opinion on them feel free to leave a comment below!

OMG!!! MO FARAH!

Hi everyone,
For those of you who know me, you know I love new look!
I was in there with my chum at about 3:00 and we had just picked out our clothes and was making our way to the fitting rooms  when I heard everyone shouting MO! So I dropped all my clothes and ran. Luckily, I got a photo but It wont transfere onto Blogger :( I SORRY!

For those who are wondering why the hell was Mo Farah in new look? He has a daughter and also his wife has just given birth too 2 twins (answer any questions?) But there also was a Hollister and Gilly Hicks in the shopping center aswell so why didnt he go there?

Pardon me if you are American and you are thinking WHO IS MO FARAH? Well he is an Olympian who won 2 golds this year in 15,000 meters and 10,000 meters I will leave a link to his website if your intrested?

Fan Gathering *THE DETAILS*

HI!

So I know I bought this up in my last post but I will be going to Superdrug in Twickenham at 1:30! If you live anywhere near there be suree to come and get me baybeeh! I will be with my chummy who has just came back from France so it will be nice to see her again!  

If you dont live near Twickers then dont make a special trip for me ( although that would be very nice ).

*UPDATE* + MUA £1 Makeup review

Hi guys! I  first want to say sorry for not posting yestarday, I had to revise and all that jazz!
Firstly I just want to update you, because I have just started revising it means I dont have alot of time to post so I am going to stick to posting on Saturday and Sunday ONLY so my life doesnt revolve around blogger!

I didnt really want this page to be wasted so I thought I would do a quick review!

Okay so the review is on the MUA £1 makeup and I thought if you had say a £10 budget it would be really handy to know what to buy from the £1 collection and what to avoid!  So first is the eyedusts! I LOVED THEM! First they are CRAAAZY pigmented, secong they have really nice colours to choose from! To the right are some swatches of the eye dust and as you can see the colours are nice and it transfers to the eye as easy as pie!

I also love their lipsticks! To my knowledge there are 13 shades but I took that picture a while back so they have probably made an orange shade or something!



Now thats really the only to things I liked but then again you may have a different opinion!

How much money do women spend on makeup annualy?

How come makeup is so expensive!? I was talking to my chummy about this and I was wondering how much money us girls spend on makeup every year? In one month I have spent £65 on drugstore makeup but I suppose I have just started buying makeup (before I used to relie on my friends to buy them for my prezzie)  plus I dont have a job so I cant exactly buy alot without losing all my money can I?

If I did have a job all my money would probably go to makeup and paying the bills! But for now I just have to wash peoples car! At a young age nobody will employ you to work for a day, but how about washing their car? HUH? Thats how I get all my money! I charge them £5 for an inside and out wash ( cheap huh ).
So in a way I kinda have a Saturday job!

 Anyways, next year I am sticking to a budget of £100. To some of you that may be alot or hardly anything but considering I dont have a job my pockets are not full with mula!

Question of the day: What is the most amount of money you have ever spent on makeup in one day?
Personally I like to buy things little buy little not all at the same time !

1000 kisses Lip Tint- *REVIEW*

I find I am always on the look out for colour that will last longer than one hour on my lips, I've been drawn to the idea of lip stains lately. While browsing Superdrug I stumbled upon the Rimmel '1000 Kisses Transfer Proof Lip Tint' and soon found myself buying 3 of them!

Each tube contains the actual lip tint at one end and a clear balm at the other. I like the idea of including both in one product, since we all know how drying liquid lip colours can be! The lids click into place firmly, which should hopefully mean it'll be a while before the tint end becomes dry as a bone. Each tube is coloured according to the colour of the tint, which is a nice change in this world of plain black packaging (hehe!)

As soon as you pop off the cap, you'll notice the beautiful scent these have! It's something kinda fruity and sweet ...like a cocktail. To be honest I dont apply the fancily! I just draw it on - like a lipstick! Rimmel '1000 Kisses Transfer Proof Lip Tints' are very well pigmented, much more like stains than tints! Strangely, they're very comfortable and non-drying, even without the balm - it doesn't feel like I have anything on my lips at all and look very natural!

I found that these lasted a good four to five hours, though they'd definitely last longer if I hadn't been eating and drinking. As for transfer proof...well, they don't transfer as much as lipstick or gloss, but they do leave faint marks. I found that hot drinks made them come off more easily, with pink marks around the edge of my tea cup! Perfect for a night out, but perhaps not for a dinner date...

It's worth noting that the colour of your lips WILL effect the colour that these tints look on you. 'Timeless Tango' swatches neon pink on my skin, but shows as a red-pink when worn thanks to my lip colour and nothing but nude looks very peachy when I swatch it but on my lips it looks exactly like carry on cherry swatches as!

2true foundation, powder and concealer?

Have any of you guys tried the 2true foundation? I am thinking on buying it as it is only £1.99! I think its like marmite (you either love it or hate it)! I have fairly normal skin that is HIGHLY moisterised and I know alot of people say that they dont have time to blend the foundation and hate it or that it has a good coverage and they love it! WHAT SHOULD I DO? If any of you have tried this please let me know and tell me what you thought about it.

I came across this product at Superdrug yestarday when I was having a look on doing the £20 makeup challenge and saw this. I didnt really know what to expect as it was so cheap so I tried it out on my hand and it seemed fine to me.  I will probably go back to superdrug on the weekend and buy it because if I do find it doesnt give me anytime to blend it out I will apply a moisturiser under it!

I havent heard much about the powder but a powder is a powder! I have heard the exact same thing about the concealer, that it doesnt blend but maybe the concealer is for oily skin?  I still think I am buying all of those products, even if I dont like them I havent wasted my money!

Id like to know what you think about the 2true face products!

My thoughts on Drugstore Makeup!

Hello! I know I have already posted today but I feel really bored and the weather is not so good as you can see in the picture! Im going to be talking about drugstore makeup! I know that MUA are selling £1 eyeshadow but how good are they? I have tried 5 of them before and I think they are jolly well good considering the price! They arent as creamy as I like my eyeshadows to be but they look amazing on the eye and my friend thought it was a mac eyeshadow! I think Drugstore makeup is amazing for their price, I am sure if you dont have alot of money most drugstore makeup is expensive but 2true sells foundation and powder for £1.99 EACH, and MUA sells eyeshadow for £1 each aswell! *TIP* If you are thinking of buliding up your makeup collection start with drugstore products  and then when you can afford it start buying NARS and MAC!

How many of you guys have done the £20 makeup challenge! I havent filmed mine yet but I had £6 left over, I have to say though that one of the products I bought was one pound off but still you can buy a full face of makeup for £14.00! How much money does eyeliner cost at mac? Around £18! You can buy eyeliner,mascara,foundation,powder,lipstick and concealer for less than that! Personally I think the difference between drugstore and high-end makeup is 0.0001! I know this blog post is kind of negative but Mac and NARS are seriously over prized and over rated! For me Mac have a great colour range for eye shadows but I find them to dusty! 

I am sorry if you are a mac or nars fan but you could save so much money! I am just going to end this post now by saying I think drugstore makeup is FREAKING AMAZING! And sorry for making this such a negative post!

Vinyl Gloss *REVIEW*

Hello! Its time for my first review! I thought I would do it on my favourite  drugstore gloss! I only have 2 at the moment because I have ran out of the others so I NEED TO GO SHOPPING! I dont know about you but I fell in love with the colour range and their names! They are my favourite drugstore lipgloss and I am happy to say that my local drugstore sells them for £2.54 (usually they are sold for £4.99)! I saw these in the drugstore and remembered being a fan of it around a few years ago. The packaging has changed but the formulation seems to be the same. I love the golden glitter in the formulation because its not too glossy or sparkly. I have pale skin and dark hair with fairly red lips, and I think all the colours  suit me! The price is GREAT - I find that it varies depending on what shop you go to! The highest price Ive seen is £5, which I think is awesome and a bargain!. The applicator works fine, the formulation isn't smelly or goopy, and it isn't too sticky or dehydrating! I've not been disappointed in my old favourite, and will definitely repurchase!

Filming My first Video!

Just taking a break from filming my first video! I dont quite know when I will upload it but hopfully
by Sunday! As you can see I am wearing quite dramatic makeup in this picture->
So hopefully I will get round to doing a tutorial of it! Just so you know I am NOT a professional makeup artist! Most of my tutorials will look hard but really its all about what products you are using, your brushes and your technique!
Although I say brushes are important Im not that fussy with brushes! I have actually never bought one, I just use the ones that come with pallete!

Lastly I just want to apologize if this blog is a bit posh with adjectives and stuff
but I have just got into school mode and Im missing sleeping in!
